- sit for a moment and revel in the fact that you do, in fact, have free time again.
- sleep. (Remember that?)
- reconnect with your friends and family.
- go outside.
- alternate heat and ice on your hands and wrists.
- read for pleasure.
- think about something other than how you can turn a phrase into more words than it needs to be.
- give your poor eyes a break!
- don't start a new project yet.
- hold on to the motivation you had in November!
